You can add embroidery, such as a company logo, your name or title on many of our products. The best way of doing so is through our online embroidery form. Here's what you need to know:
Minimum Order
- The minimum required order for new and repeat embroidery is three units of the same product SKU (style), of the same colour.
- The order can include different sizes.
How it Works
New Orders: A one-time setup fee of $65 applies for new logo orders.
1. Click the ‘Personalise’ button on the product page
2. This will open the Embroidery form
3. Choose your embroidery details and fill in the info, including quantity, sizes, and colours.
4. Upload your logo (PDF or JPEG) and submit the form - there’s no need to check out.
5. If you have more products you would like embroidered, add the details, including product name, size and colour in the final section of the form.
6. We’ll send you a visual proof for approval via email.
7. Confirm your approval via return email, and we'll start your order. Easy!
Repeat Orders: No repeat set-up fee
- Click "Personalise" on the product page.
- Select "Yes" for "Has this logo been embroidered before?"
- Provide your last order number or logo/company name.
- Submit, and we’ll email you a repeat visual proof.
- Once you confirm, we’ll start the order. Even easier!
What you'll need
- A PDF or JPEG of your logo (for us to convert to embroidery).
- Placement of the embroidery:
- For jackets/shirts: left chest is standard, or right sleeve as a secondary option.
- For aprons: left chest or center front are popular spots.
- Be aware of any pockets that could interfere with embroidery.
- For text (like names or titles), provide your preferred font and color, and we’ll match it as closely as possible using embroidery thread.

Dispatch Time
Embroidery orders for locally stocked items will have a 7-10 day lead time for dispatch from our Sydney warehouse.
If we need to draw the stock from offshore, it will be a 14-20 day dispatch.
