At Chef Works we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality items, if for whatever reason you receive a garment that appears to be faulty or not up to the high standard you expect from one of our products, please use the contact us form and select faults & warranties to create a claim.
In order for us to assess the fault claim, we'll need you to provide a photo of the fault, along with a photo of the tag. A short description of the issue will also assist our Service team in processing your enquiry as quickly as possible.

If an item/s is deemed faulty, we can replace the garment/s free of charge or offer a refund. Click here to begin a claim.
